Sound is one of the fastest ways to shift your state—physically, mentally, and energetically. Unlike words, sound doesn’t need to be understood to be felt. It moves through the body, bypassing the thinking mind and guiding the nervous system into stillness.


Crystal singing bowls produce pure, resonant tones that help entrain your brainwaves into slower, more meditative rhythms. As your brainwaves slow down, your breath deepens, your muscles release tension, and your inner world becomes more spacious.


This style blends modern sound healing, guided subconscious access, and somatic awareness. It’s rooted in principles of deep relaxation and brainwave entrainment, and inspired by modalities like Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and subtle energy practices. You’ll be guided into theta states—where the mind quiets, the body softens, and clarity becomes more accessible.


Our brainwaves naturally shift throughout the day. In meditation, we intentionally guide the brain from active (beta) into slower frequencies like alpha and theta. Theta is where deep insight, memory, and healing occur—it’s the same state you drift through before falling asleep. This practice helps you access that space with awareness. Theta is also a state that gives us access to the subconscious to plant positive intentions. This practice helps to create new thought patterns that help you create a life by design. 



Not at all. Penny's guided meditations are beginner-friendly, soothing, and easy to follow. Whether you're new to meditation or returning after a long pause, you're welcome here.  We recommend that you do this meditation reclined with blanket and something soft to cover your eyes to block out distractions. 


My approach is deeply inspired by my teacher, Kamini Desai, a Master  in Yoga Nidra and transformational healing. Kamini has trained thousands of students around the world, and her presence and wisdom were life-changing for me. She teaches people how to guide Yoga Nidra internationally—and if you’re interested in studying with her or becoming certified in Yoga Nidra, you can find her at https://www.iameducation.org.


I first found Kamini’s work during a time when I was overwhelmed and overextended in my career as a commercial real estate broker—a job I had poured years into and never planned to leave. After 9 full weekends of Yoga Nidra training with Kamini (including the Yoga Nidra, Advanced Yoga Nidra, and Kids Yoga Nidra certifications), I began hearing a deeper voice—the one that lives beyond the thinking mind. That voice reminded me I wasn’t here just to keep pushing through. I was so spiritually depleted, I didn’t even realize how much I was suffering.


Leaving that high-pressure, cutthroat environment wasn’t easy—it went against everything I’d been taught about success and perseverance. But it opened a door to the kind of work that nourishes instead of depletes.


Eventually, I returned to complete Kamini’s Yoga Therapy training. That decision expanded my work to help others release trauma stored in the body and subconscious. Now, in a confidential and deeply personal way, I help clients let go of what may be blocking them from accessing a life they truly life. 


My mission is simple: to help others clear what blocks their joy—and to integrate the change they seek so deeply that it becomes second nature.
